🇮🇳 What is Kargil Vijay Diwas?
Kargil Vijay Diwas is celebrated every year on 26th July in India to commemorate the victory of the Indian Armed Forces over Pakistan in the Kargil War of 1999. It honors the bravery and sacrifice of Indian soldiers who fought valiantly to recapture Indian territory that had been illegally occupied by Pakistani infiltrators in the Kargil sector of Jammu & Kashmir.
